The main hall is 36 foot by 60 foot.
TABLES ARE PROVIDED WITH RENTAL IF NEEDED.
THE SIZES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Ten (10) round tables. The tablecloths range from 70 inches best
used as a topper and 90 inches gives you a more formal look.
2. Twenty (20) six (6) foot tables. The tablecloths should be anywhere from 84 inches up to 102 inches (gives best drop on both sides).
3. We have 150 chairs. (That is our capacity)
STORING THE TABLES
Store Six Foot (6') Tables in double door storage area. Leave round tables out and open on the floor.
CHAIRS ARE PROVIDED
150 chairs are available but do not match in color or shape. The padded seat chairs are to remain in the ballroom area and never stored on carts or in the closet to prevent damage to the padding. All the solid metal chairs are to be stored in the double door storage area on carts or against wall inside the closet in an orderly way.
Our kitchen is equipped with a double oven, 2 microwaves, cook top and refrigerator. We provide trash bags for the four (4) trash cans so renters will need additional bags (33 gallon or larger). If you plan to wash up dishes before you leave you will need to bring your own dish soap. All garbage is to be taken to the dumpster located outside the kitchen, to the right.
Pile trash as high as you can on top of dumpster. Any trash on the ground will not be picked up and will leave a mess.
CLEAN UP WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT.
