TABLES ARE PROVIDED WITH RENTAL IF NEEDED. THE SIZES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Four (4) Eight (8) foot tables. The table cloth should be 96 inches to 120 inches (gives best drop on sides).
2. Six (6) five (5) foot round tables. The table cloths range from 70 inches best used as a topper and 90 inches gives you a more formal look.
3. Eighteen (18) six (6) foot tables. The table cloths should be anywhere from 84 inches up to 102 inches (gives best drop on both sides).
4. Eight (8) card tables which use a 54 X 54 inch square cloth.
STORING THE TABLES
The Eight (8) foot tables are to be left up and at the back of the ballroom.
The Six (6) round tables are to be folded and placed three (3) to the left of the stage leaning against the wall and the other three (3) folded and leaningto the right of the stage against the wall.
The six (6) foot tables are to be folded and stored on there sides leaning against each other on the top shelf in the storage.
CHAIRS ARE PROVIDED
Approximately 150 to 175 chairs are available but do not match in color or shape. The padded seat chairs are to remain in the ballroom area and never stored on carts or in the closet to prevent damage to the padding. All the solid metal chairs are to be stored in the double door storage area on carts or against wall inside the closet in an orderly way.
Our kitchen is equipped with a double oven, 2 microwaves, cooktop and refrigerator. We provide trash bages fo the four (4) trash cans so renters will need additional bags (33 gallor or larger). If you plan to wash up dishes before you leave you will need to bring your own dish soap. All garbage is to be taken to the dumpster located outside the kitchen behind the wood fence area.
Pile trash as high as you can on top of dumpster. Any trash on the ground will not be picked up and will leave a mess. CLEAN UP WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT.
Please remove all trash from cans and clean all soiled areas and spills.
